Don't Stop Believin'

Today I was reminded of a very important lesson in life.  Don't be afraid to fail. Take risks. If we are afraid to be embarrassed, turned down, cut from a team, or just mess up on something, we would miss out on many important parts of our lives. If we are too afraid to take risks, and never fail, we can't learn to get back up and move on. If we don't take those risks in life in fear of failure, we could have regrets. Remember, as they say "when one door closes, the next door opens." Our lives would be extremely boring if we never did anything out of our comfort zone. Life goes by quickly, and you don't want to have any regrets. Seize the day!

1) "Try and fail, but don't fail to try."
2) "If you're doing your best, you won't have any time to worry about failure."

Don't Stop Believin'

Just a small town girl
Livin' in a lonely world
She took the midnight train
Goin' anywhere
Just a city boy
Born and raised in South Detroit
He took the midnight train
Goin' anywhere

A singer in a smokey room
A smell of wine and cheap perfume
For a smile they can share the night
It goes on and on and on and on

Strangers waiting
Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching
In the night
Streetlights, people
Livin' just to find emotion
Hidin', somewhere in the night

Workin' hard to get my fill
Everybody wants a thrill
Payin' anything to roll the dice
Just one more time
Some will win
Some will lose
Some were born to sing the blues
Oh, the movie never ends
It goes on and on and on and on

Strangers waiting
Up and down the boulevard
Their shadows searching
In the night
Streetlights, people
Livin' just to find emotion
Hidin', somewhere in the night

Don't stop believin'
Hold on to the feelin'
Streetlights, people
Don't stop believin'
Hold on
Streetlights, people
